Pamela Baird has over thirty years of experience in the Kitchen & Bath Industry. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Housing and Design from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO. Pamela realized that she enjoyed the challenges of kitchen design and set her goal of learning the skills of cabinet design.

When the opportunity to become the factory representative for Wood-Mode Custom Cabinetry in Northern California and Nevada became available, she moved sight unseen to establish KB Associates. In addition to setting up and servicing accounts, the position offered Pamela the opportunity to design displays and showrooms as well as marketing the cabinet products in a variety of ways.

In addition, she designed four stores for a major retail appliance company in Northern California. She has designed promotional displays for several appliance distributors and their retail accounts.
